Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote the clinic’s hair transplant and skin services. This role involves developing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, enhance digital presence, and support the clinic’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Brand Promotion

• Develop and implement effective marketing plans to promote hair transplant and skin treatments.

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer preferences.

• Plan and execute ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities including events, camps, exhibitions, and tie-ups.

• Coordinate with creative and digital agencies for content, campaigns, and branding material.

2. Content & Communication

• Create engaging content for social media posts, newsletters, blogs, and promotional materials.

• Develop patient success stories, testimonials, and before-after campaign materials.

• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels.
  

3. Clinic Promotions & Partnerships

• Plan and execute local marketing activities such as influencer collaborations, referral programs, and tie-ups with gyms, salons, dermatologists, and wellness centres.

• Organize and support in-clinic promotional events, workshops, and awareness drives.

4. Reporting & Analysis

• Track marketing budgets, expenditures, and ROI for each campaign.

• Maintain monthly performance reports and present insights to management.

• Suggest data-driven improvements to enhance marketing efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor Degree.

• Experience: 0–1 years of experience in marketing or field sales (Freshers can also apply).
