Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Sales Intern who can contribute to both brand building and customer interaction. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how marketing, content, and real customer conversations work together to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing

• Assist in creating content for Instagram, YouTube, and campaigns

• Coordinate with designers/editors for reels and ads

• Support product launches and marketing execution

• Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior

• Help with influencer collaborations

Customer Experience (Sales Support)

• Handle inbound leads from social media, website, and WhatsApp

• Assist customers with product queries and purchase decisions

• Support follow-ups and lead nurturing

• Maintain basic lead tracking

• Enhance experience at the experience centre

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)

• Interest in marketing, branding, and consumer behavior

• Understanding of social media trends

• Confident, proactive, and eager to learn

• Ability to take ownership and multitask
