Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Business Development team in lead generation and prospecting activities.

• Perform B2B cold calling to connect with potential clients and decision-makers.

• Execute cold email campaigns and follow-up communications.

• Research target markets, industries, and potential business opportunities.

• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other platforms.

• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.

• Support the team in appointment setting and sales pipeline development.

• Assist in market research and competitor analysis.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes.

• Confidence in cold calling and email communication.

• Ability to research prospects and identify business opportunities.

• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking.

• Willingness to learn SaaS, IT Services, and global business markets.

Eligibility:

• Students or fresh graduates from Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.

• Candidates with prior experience in cold calling, email marketing, or lead generation will be preferred.
