We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and boost sales

• Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and paid ads

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights

• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals

• Monitor and report performance metrics of marketing campaigns

• Create engaging marketing content (blogs, infographics, posts, ads, presentations)

• Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and partnerships

• Maintain and enhance brand visibility across platforms

🎯 Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or sales support

• Experience with social media marketing, email marketing tools, or advertising platforms preferred

Skills

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM, Canva, etc.)

• Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Strong teamwork and coordination abilities

• Experience in B2B or B2C marketing

• Understanding of performance analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)

• Basic graphic design or video editing skills

• Prior experience in lead generation or sales collaboration
