Role Overview

As a Torchbearer Intern, you will drive meaningful social impact by spreading mental health awareness and making support more accessible to diverse communities. You will engage with individuals, encourage them to seek help through our ecosystem, and act as a bridge between the people and their growth agenda in life. Through your efforts, you will help break the stigma around mental health, foster open conversations, and contribute to building a more aware, empathetic and emotionally resilient society.

Key Responsibilities

• Reaching out to people and profiles within your circles to understand different life experiences
  
  

• Contributing towards the betterment of society by promoting emotional well-being
  
  

• Collaborating closely with the HappiMynd team to support outreach and impact initiatives

• Identifying individuals who may need support and responsibly guiding them towards the right help
  
  

• Encouraging young India towards awareness, acceptance, and action in everyday life
  
  

• Actively participating in building a conscious growth ecosystem that promotes self-understanding and personal development

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing Undergraduate (1st/2nd/3rd year) or Master’s in any specialization

• Strong interest in social cause and community impact

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle conversations with empathy and professionalism

• Genuine interest in others welfare
