Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic MBA (Marketing) professional to join our real estate team. This role focuses on land sourcing, owner engagement, and deal closures, requiring strong fieldwork, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential land opportunities through market research, brokers, and direct owner interactions
Build and maintain relationships with landowners, agents, and local contacts
Negotiate commercial terms and support closure of land deals
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing
Conduct site visits and market surveys to evaluate land potential
Track leads, follow-ups, and deal progress regularly
Requirements:
MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
1–2 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or land acquisition
Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel and handle fieldwork
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
Basic awareness of land documentation and transaction processes
