At Anmasa, we’re looking for a results-driven professional who can combine offline marketing execution with hands-on sales to drive customer acquisition and business growth across Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

BTL Activations: Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns across Bangalore to generate leads and drive sales.

Sales & Revenue Growth: Take ownership of sales targets, convert leads into customers, and drive revenue through offline channels.

Team Management: Lead and manage on-ground teams to ensure effective campaign execution and achievement of sales targets.

Society Marketing: Execute campaigns in residential societies to engage potential customers, generate leads, and drive conversions.

Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement offline acquisition strategies through BTL activations and field marketing.

ATL & Cross-Marketing: Execute ATL initiatives and explore cross-marketing opportunities to expand customer reach.

Events & Field Marketing: Plan and execute events, promotional campaigns, and field marketing activities with a focus on sales conversions.

Performance Management: Track campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, and sales performance to achieve business objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

1-3years of relevant experience in offline marketing, BTL activations, field sales.

Strong hands-on sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Experience in managing on-ground teams and executing campaigns independently.

Prior experience in the FMCG sector will be an added advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
