Marketing Executive

Marketing, Community Engagement & Occupancy Support

• Promote the centre's courses, workshops, events, and activities within the building ecosystem.

• Engage with residents, office occupants, visitors, and businesses operating within the building premises.

• Assist in organizing workshops, exhibitions, open houses, student showcases, and promotional activities at the centre.

• Display and maintain promotional materials, notices, and information boards within permitted areas.

• Conduct follow-ups with walk-in inquiries and prospective students.

• Maintain inquiry records and admission follow-up databases.

• Coordinate with management to implement centre-level promotional initiatives.

• Support social media updates by sharing centre activities, student work, and event highlights with the marketing team.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.

• Candidates from Marketing, Business Administration, Arts, Design, Commerce, or related fields will be preferred.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience.

• Freshers with strong communication, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
