Job Description – Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

   • Identify and generate leads from NGOs, CSR foundations, corporates and social enterprises.

   • Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective clients.

   • Promote NGO consultancy, compliance, CSR advisory, fundraising and digital marketing services.

   • Schedule meetings with prospective clients and follow up on business leads.

   • Maintain a database of prospective clients and track conversions.

2. CSR & Fundraising Outreach

   • Connect with corporates, CSR professionals and potential funding partners.

   • Identify CSR opportunities and sponsorship opportunities for NGO events and programmes.

   • Support fundraising campaigns and partnership development for NGOs.

   • Coordinate meetings between NGOs and potential CSR partners.

3. Marketing & Branding

   • Prepare presentations, proposals, brochures and marketing materials.

   • Participate in networking events, conferences, exhibitions and other promotional activities.

   • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Confidence in making outbound calls and pitching services.

• Good MS Office, Excel and presentation skills.

• Ability to generate leads, manage follow-ups and achieve targets.

• Interest in the NGO, CSR and social impact sector will be an added advantage.
