Job Title: Branding Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Branding Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute branding activities for our electrical and solar products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outdoor branding, advertising, and promotional activities such as banners, posters, leaflets, standees, hoardings, and site branding. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining brand visibility across various project sites, dealer locations, and promotional events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute branding activities for electrical and solar products across West Bengal

• Coordinate the design, printing, and installation of banners, posters, leaflets, standees, glow sign boards, flexes, and other branding materials

• Visit project sites, dealer outlets, distributor locations, exhibitions, and promotional events to ensure proper branding execution

• Coordinate with vendors, printers, fabricators, and installation teams for timely branding activities

• Arrange and supervise branding installations at residential, commercial, industrial, and project sites

• Monitor the quality and maintenance of branding materials at different locations

• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support product promotions and campaigns

• Maintain inventory of branding materials and ensure timely replenishment

• Coordinate promotional events, product launches, dealer meets, and exhibitions

• Ensure all branding activities comply with the company's brand guidelines

• Submit regular reports with photographs and updates of branding activities

• Travel extensively for branding inspections and coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Any Graduate

• 2–3 years of experience in Branding, Advertising, Trade Marketing, or Promotional Activities

• Candidates must have prior experience in a company where they handled branding activities such as banners, posters, leaflets, hoardings, or outdoor advertising

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to manage multiple vendors and branding projects simultaneously

• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and branding execution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Electrical, Solar, FMCG, Building Materials, Paints, Cement, Telecom, or Consumer Durables industry

• Knowledge of branding vendors, printing agencies, and outdoor advertising

• Experience in organizing promotional campaigns and dealer branding activities

Work Environment:

This role involves both office and field work. The candidate will be required to travel frequently to project sites, dealer locations, distributor outlets, exhibitions, and promotional events for branding execution and monitoring.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
