1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling
· Conduct daily cold calls to generate leads from the target market.
· Maintain a minimum of 30–50 calls per day.
· Qualify leads through telephonic conversations and schedule meetings for the sales team.
· Accurately record lead data in CRM or designated lead tracking sheets.
2. Field Marketing Activities
· Plan and execute regular field visits (minimum 3–5 per week) to generate new business opportunities.
· Meet potential clients such as architects, contractors, consultants, and builders.
· Distribute marketing materials (brochures, samples, catalogues) during field visits.
· Collect business cards and maintain a systematic client database.
3. Meeting Follow-ups & Coordination
· Conduct timely follow-ups with leads post-meeting.
· Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams for:
· Sample submissions
· Quotation follow-ups
· Project coordination
· Assist in organizing client meetings, product demonstrations, and mock-ups.
4. Reporting & Documentation
· Prepare and maintain daily task reports, including:
· Number of calls made
· Meetings conducted
· Leads generated
· Follow-up status
· Submit weekly performance reports to the Marketing Head.
· Keep detailed records of all client interactions and outcomes.
5. Market Research
· Identify new market segments and gather insights on client needs and trends.
· Report competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
6. Branding & Awareness
· Support brand visibility through participation in exhibitions, seminars, and marketing events.
· Ensure correct placement and distribution of branding material at client and project locations.
