Role: DMS Executive

Location: Mumbai

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy DMS Executive (Dealer Management System) for the automobile sector. The candidate will

be responsible for managing and maintaining dealership data through the DMS platform, ensuring accurate reporting, smooth system

operations, and coordination between sales, service, and backend teams. This role plays a key part in improving operational efficiency and data

accuracy across dealership functions.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day operations of the Dealer Management System (DMS) for sales, service, and inventory modules.

● Ensure accurate and timely entry of vehicle sales, purchases, billing, and customer data in the system.

● Monitor and update stock records, vehicle availability, and related documentation.

● Generate regular MIS reports for management, including sales performance, service reports, and inventory status.

● Coordinate with sales, service, accounts, and CRM teams for smooth data flow and issue resolution.

● Identify and resolve discrepancies in system entries and maintain data accuracy.

● Support digital process improvements and automation within dealership operations.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

● Provide basic training and support to staff on DMS usage when required.

Required Experience

● Prior experience with Dealer Management Systems (any OEM or multi-brand platform) is mandatory.

● Strong understanding of automobile sales, service, and inventory processes.

● Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
