Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive for our Kanpur location who can generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and promote the company's industrial construction and PEB solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through field marketing, cold calling, references, and market research.

• Identify and approach potential clients, including industrial units, factory owners, builders, contractors, architects, and developers.

• Promote PEB structures, industrial sheds, warehouses, godowns, and other company services.

• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.

• Follow up with prospective clients, quotations, and ongoing business opportunities.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams for quotations and project requirements.

• Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

• Maintain daily activity reports, lead records, and client follow-up data.

• Explore new markets and business opportunities in Kanpur and nearby industrial areas.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in construction, PEB, industrial sheds, steel structures, or building materials will be an added advantage.

• Must have good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
