Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to support marketing and customer coordination activities for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in Real Estate, Home Builders, or Construction industries and possess strong customer-handling and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Promote residential and commercial projects to prospective customers

✔ Conduct site visits and coordinate property presentations

✔ Meet customers, understand their requirements, and provide project information

✔ Assist in document verification and customer documentation processes

✔ Coordinate registration-related activities with Registration Offices and concerned authorities

✔ Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries

✔ Build and maintain strong customer relationships

✔ Coordinate with sales and project teams for smooth customer support

✔ Monitor local market trends and competitor activities

Qualification

🎓 Any Degree

Experience

✅ 2 – 4 Years Experience in Real Estate, Home Builders, Construction, or Property Development Industry
