Job Description: Social Media & Brand Marketing Executive

Position Summary

The Social Media & Brand Marketing Executive will build, elevate, and manage HeartSpace Interior’s digital presence and brand positioning across all public channels. As HeartSpace transitions into high-ticket luxury turnkey projects, this role demands a visual storyteller with an eye for premium interior aesthetics, architectural detailing, and engaging short-form video production.

The ideal candidate will own the entire content pipeline—from capturing raw footage at factory/project sites to editing trending Instagram Reels, writing engaging captions, managing community interactions, and coordinating with digital performance teams to generate high-intent leads.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Content Strategy

• Platform Operations: Plan, curate, and execute daily content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (Shorts & Walkthroughs), LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

• Short-Form Video Production: Script, shoot, and edit high-engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts (site walkthroughs, hardware close-ups, client handover moments, design tips, and factory manufacturing reels).

• Brand Aesthetics & Consistency: Maintain a luxury visual identity across all posts, stories, carousels, and video footers, adhering strictly to HeartSpace brand guidelines and color palettes.

• Copywriting: Draft compelling captions, hook lines, and hashtags tailored to homeowners seeking premium modular and turnkey interior solutions.

2. On-Site Shoot & Content Capture

• Site & Factory Visits: Regularly visit completed project sites, active civil/modular sites, and the manufacturing unit to capture high-definition photos and video footage.

• Testimonial Video Production: Conduct on-camera client interview sessions during flat handovers to capture authentic customer reviews, reactions, and story-driven video testimonials.

• Photographer/Videographer Coordination: Coordinate with external architectural photographers for high-end portfolio shoots of completed luxury residences.

3. Brand Marketing & Collateral Design

• Sales & Marketing Assets: Create marketing collaterals, digital brochures, experience centre display graphics, flyer inserts, and corporate presentations using Canva or Photoshop.

• Offline Event Support: Assist in branding materials for experience centre launches, real estate tie-ups, designer meetups, and local exhibitions.

4. Lead Generation & Ad Creative Coordination

• Performance Creative Pipeline: Produce high-converting ad creatives (video hooks, static banners, carousel ads) for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

• Landing Page & Web Alignment: Coordinate with the IT/web team to ensure website content, portfolio images, and promotional banners match ongoing social media campaigns.

5. Community Engagement & Analytics

• Inbound Engagement: Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries across platforms in a professional, brand-aligned voice; forward lead details to the Sales/CRM team immediately.

• Performance Tracking: Analyze monthly social media metrics (reach, engagement rate, video views, inbound lead volume) and optimize content strategies based on data.
