Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will support the promotion and visibility of the showroom, drive marketing campaigns, and assist in customer engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and has a strong understanding of marketing strategies, both offline and online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive showroom footfall and brand awareness.

• Coordinate social media posts and promotional content across platforms.

• Assist in preparing marketing materials such as banners, flyers, and digital content.

• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and gather feedback.

• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with business goals.

• Track marketing performance and provide reports on campaign effectiveness.

• Support events, workshops, and special promotions in the showroom.

• Maintain relationships with vendors and media partners for effective campaign execution.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; local language proficiency is a plus.

• Creativity and ability to conceptualize marketing campaigns.

• Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.

• Good organizational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to analyze marketing metrics and suggest improvements.

• Prior experience in retail marketing or showroom promotions is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or FMCG marketing is an advantage.

• Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar is a plus.
