Job Description (JD)
Role Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for supporting internal communication needs through basic copywriting and in-house design. They will work closely with various teams to create visually appealing and brand-consistent content.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams to understand and fulfil communication requirements.
Basic Design Capabilities with Canva and ability to create posters, banners, digital assets for WhatsApp campaigns and internal use.
Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for internal communications and basic copy writing skills.
Be brand custodian and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and communication objectives.
Maintain a consistent visual identity across digital and print materials.
Support the development of internal campaigns and assist in execution.
Ability to manage Vendors end to end from execution, PO and payment.
Co-ordinate with creative agencies from briefing, concept development, feedback and delivery within timelines.
Ideate cost effective brand activation ideas for Gold Loan branches to increase footfalls.
Required Skills:
Undergraduate with Experience of minimum 1-2 years
Basic copywriting in English/Tamil and content creation skills.
Strong coordination and communication abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
