Telemarketer/Scheme Executive (Field + Office)
Role: Explain the Gold Purchase Advance Plan to potential customers/Customer relationship and KYC documentation.
Experience: Freshers with good voice modulation welcome with smart appeal - 3 Years in Field Sales or Banking KYC.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to explain the "11-Month Gold Plan" benefits.
Invite interested customers to the Corporate office.
Maintain a polite and professional tone in Tamil and English.
Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team.
Handle "Walk-in" enquiries for the Gold Plan at the showroom.
Visit customer locations (when requested) to explain terms and collect KYC documents.
Ensure all application forms are filled correctly without errors.
Issue passbooks/receipts to enrolled customers.
Requirement: Two-wheeler license is mandatory in order to claim reimbursement for fuel.
