We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing/Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base, promoting our paddle wheel aerators and industrial equipment, and building long-term business relationships.
Identify and reach out to potential clients in the aquaculture and industrial sectors
Promote and explain product features (Aerators, FRP Products, Pumps, etc.) to customers
Prepare and share quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and field visits for business development
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Manager
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for order fulfillment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
1–4 years of experience in B2B sales or industrial marketing (aquaculture industry is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM tools
Willingness to travel locally or regionally as required
Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
