We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, creativity, and a passion for marketing across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

• Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

• Manage the company's social media presence and monitor audience engagement.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support business development.

• Plan and organize promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.

• Track and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare reports.

• Maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and media partners.

• Assist in branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing communications.

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or CRM software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Knowledge of content marketing and marketing automation tools.

• Basic understanding of website management and CMS platforms.

• Creative thinking with a customer-focused approach.
