Job Description

An Ideal Career Consultancy is looking for enthusiastic, confident and hardworking Female Freshers to join our team as Marketing Executive.

This role involves field marketing, institutional tie-ups, client development, tele calling and candidate registration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit colleges, educational institutions, training institutes and other organizations for placement-related tie-ups.

• Develop relationships with institutions for candidate referrals and placement opportunities.

• Explain our placement services and assist candidates with the registration process.

• Approach new corporate clients for recruitment tie-ups.

• Communicate with existing and new clients to collect and update job vacancies.

• Make follow-up calls with clients regarding vacancies and recruitment requirements.

• Handle tele calling and candidate conversations regarding available job opportunities.

• Explain job opportunities, registration procedures and interview processes to candidates.

• Follow up with candidates and clients regularly.

• Maintain basic records of institutional tie-ups, client vacancies, candidate registrations and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only

• Freshers only – No prior experience required

• Graduate preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident in speaking with candidates, institutions and clients.

• Willing to undertake field visits.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Office/Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Presentable, energetic and self-motivated.

Salary & Benefits

💰 Basic Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹9,000 per month
