Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Marketing Staff to promote our stock broking and investment services in Jalandhar and nearby areas. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, market promotion, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote stock broking, trading accounts, mutual funds, and other investment products

• Generate new clients through field marketing, referrals, and local networking

• Explain company services, brokerage plans, and basic market products to clients

• Assist clients in account opening and documentation

• Achieve monthly and quarterly marketing targets

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients

• Conduct local promotional activities, camps, and meetings

• Coordinate with back-office and RM team for smooth client servicing

• Maintain daily activity and lead reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/ Pursuing (any stream preferred)

• Experience in stock broking, finance, insurance, or sales is an advantage

• Good communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English

• Basic knowledge of stock market / investments preferred (training will be provided)

• Target-driven and self-motivated

Experience

• 0–3 years (Freshers with strong sales interest can apply)
