Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage interior project sites, oversee daily operations, coordinate with workers and vendors, and ensure work is completed on time with quality standards. The candidate should be capable of handling labor teams, checking site progress, solving on-site issues, and maintaining discipline and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site work and ensure smooth execution of interior projects

• Monitor labor work, contractor performance, and vendor coordination

• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, designs, and project timelines

• Maintain quality control and check finishing standards

• Handle site measurements and material management

• Coordinate with clients, designers, and project managers for updates

• Ensure proper use of materials and reduce wastage

• Maintain site safety and discipline among workers

• Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly

• Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively

Requirements

• Experience in interior site supervision preferred

• Strong knowledge of interior execution work

• Good communication and team management skills

• Ability to handle labor and contractors efficiently

• Basic understanding of site measurements and drawings

• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined

• Must be willing to travel to project sites

Working Hours

9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Company Policy

• No holidays allowed during the first 3 months

• Offer letter will be provided only after successful completion of 3 months

Salary

Based on experience and interview performance
