About the Role

Fame Hunger is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Head with 2–3 years of experience working in an influencer marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong influencer network-building skills, campaign management expertise, negotiation abilities, and the capability to lead influencer marketing campaigns from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns for clients across various social media platforms.

Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers, content creators, and bloggers based on client requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies.

Negotiate influencer commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign terms.

Plan and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, coordination, content approvals, and execution.

Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare campaign reports and provide performance insights to clients.

Manage campaign budgets and ensure timely execution within allocated costs.

Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, and social media platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of relevant experience in an influencer marketing agency is mandatory.

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

An established network of influencers and content creators will be an advantage.

Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Proficiency in campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.

Compensation & Work Details

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Working Schedule: 6 days a week.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Location: Uttam Nagar East, New Delhi.
