We are looking for a Franchise Support Officer to join our team at Subhoma Foods Pvt Ltd to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹20000 and growth opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for franchises
Assist the franchises with daily operations and sales
Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams
Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities
Collect market data and insights
Support, build brand's image and awareness
Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
