About the Role

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales, business development, lead generation, or target-based sales, preferably from the Automotive/Automobile industry. Candidates from other industries with a strong sales background and proven target achievement record are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client interactions.

• Identify and develop B2B and B2C leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

• Conduct market research and identify potential customers.

• Promote company products and services to prospective clients.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Lead Generation.

• Experience in the Automobile/Automotive industry will be preferred.

• Candidates from any target-driven sales background may also apply.

• Must own a two-wheeler (bike) and possess a valid driving license.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales.

• Knowledge of the local Bengaluru market.

• Proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, English, or other regional languages.

• Self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused approach.
