Your key responsibilities As a wavespace Experience Manager you’ll choreograph and help design experiences, both bespoke and repeatable, to be used across wavespace for a diverse roster of clients. Act as the primary interface to wavespace clients, taking accountability for all aspects of planning and delivering a wavespace design and/or experience Ensure a consistent wavespace design experienceusing approved and methodologies and best practices Managesessionscope, estimates and actual costs Manage resourcing for all requiredsessionpersonnel Provide directionand performance feedbackto the production team Manage cadence of calls with client Coordinatesessiondesign to include Mural, Miro, OneRoom and other immersive tools including metaverse environments Oversee logistics, technical setup, etc. Manage account team and delivery team stakeholders as part of theexperiencedesign Conduct successful delivery of simple to complex experiences across a wide array of industries Overseeexperience documentation, ensure successful close out Accountable forexperience follow-up, reporting, and billing Generate additional leads and follow-up wavespace opportunities with stakeholders Skills and attributes for success This is a highly visible role with significant client and leadership interaction. To qualify you must have Design thinking experience Proven track record of successful design and delivery of innovation sessions Strong consulting experience Adept creative problem-solvingskills andthe ability tocompromise around needs of the client, account team and the design team 12+ Years of experience managing design thinking workshops, teams and facilitation Ideally, you’ll also have Advanced degree in Design Thinking What we look for EY has a diverse and high-performing culture; wavespace is no exception.
