We are looking for a dedicated Email Outreach Executive to handle high-volume email sending for international markets. The candidate will be responsible for sending bulk emails daily, identifying potential leads, and forwarding client responses to the sales/marketing team. This is a target-based role focused on generating queries through email outreach.
Send a high number of emails daily to international prospects as per company guidelines.
Use company-provided email tools/software to maintain sending limits and ensure deliverability.
Track and record the number of emails sent each day.
Monitor inbox and identify queries, replies, or positive responses from prospects.
Forward interested leads to the sales team for further follow-up.
Maintain an organized database of leads, responses, and activity logs.
Ensure emails follow company templates and are error-free.
Report daily performance: number of emails sent, queries received, and response quality.
Basic knowledge of email sending tools (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, MailBlaster, SendGrid, etc.).
Ability to send large numbers of emails consistently without errors.
Good communication and comprehension skills (English).
Basic understanding of lead generation and cold emailing.
Ability to work with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
Attention to detail and maintaining accurate records.
Experience in international email outreach or lead generation.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Ability to handle targets and repetitive tasks efficiently.
