Position: Account Manager – E-commerce

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated E-commerce Account Manager to lead and grow our brand presence across major online marketplaces. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, optimising listings, running campaigns, and ensuring consistent growth for our key brands: Argatin and Spring H2O.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, A+ content, pricing, and visibility across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon (IN & Global), Flipkart, Nykaa, Meesho, Tira, and Tata 1mg.
Plan and execute ad campaigns, promotions, and platform offers.
Track and optimize key metrics like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
Coordinate with logistics for FBA shipments, stock availability, and order fulfilment.
Collaborate with design, marketing, and inventory teams for campaign execution and product readiness.
Regularly generate performance reports and insights for internal reviews.
Explore new marketplaces and international expansion opportunities.
Key Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in managing seller/vendor accounts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Strong knowledge of product listing, inventory management, marketplace ads, and analytics.
Hands-on experience with FBA, ROAS, ACOS, campaign optimisation, and e-com operations.
Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven mindset.
Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and drive results.
