We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage our online sales across leading e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Blinkit. The role involves end-to-end account management with a strong focus on boosting sales, optimizing product listings, running promotions, keyword research, competitor analysis, and ensuring high visibility of our products.
Marketplace Account Management
Handle day-to-day operations for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, and other marketplaces.
Monitor account health, performance reports, and compliance with marketplace policies.
Manage product catalog uploads, price updates, inventory sync, and order fulfillment coordination.
Product Listing Optimization
Write and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords.
Conduct keyword research (SEO for marketplaces) to improve product ranking and discoverability.
Ensure high-quality product images, A+ content, and enhanced brand store visibility.
Sales Growth & Promotions
Plan and execute sales campaigns, lightning deals, discounts, and sponsored ads.
Drive conversions through pricing strategy, promotional offers, and visibility campaigns.
Track ROI on ad spends (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.) and optimize accordingly.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct competitor benchmarking for pricing, product offerings, and marketing strategies.
Identify sales trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
Recommend new product launches or bundle strategies based on market insights.
Data & Performance Analysis
Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
Track KPIs: sales growth, conversions, CTR, ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sale), and marketplace share.
Use insights to develop actionable strategies for consistent sales growth.
Customer & Brand Management
Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and Q&A sections.
Coordinate with support teams to resolve queries, returns, and escalations.
Work towards improving customer satisfaction and product reputation.
12th pass with a diploma in e-commerce or a digital marketing-related field.
1–3 years of experience in managing Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho/Blinkit or other e-commerce marketplaces.
Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research tools, and paid ads on marketplaces.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, analytics tools, and report building.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategies for growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Hub, Blinkit Seller Dashboard.
Knowledge of tools like Helium10, JungleScout, or DataHawk (for keyword & competitor research).
Strong understanding of inventory planning, logistics, and pricing strategies.
