**About Studio LCX**
Studio LCX is a textile brand selling across Amazon, Flipkart, Fabcouture, and our own Shopify website. We're a small, lean team — everyone owns their function end to end.
**Role Overview**
You will own the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce business. This is a single-person function covering order fulfilment, customer service, monthly accounting across all four platforms, and product listing management. You'll be trained directly by the current team member handling this role.
**What you'll do**
*Ecommerce Accounting (monthly)*
- Maintain Google Sheets-based accounting for Amazon, Flipkart, Fabcouture, and Shopify — one sheet per platform, one row per order
- Download settlement reports and reconcile against platform payments each month
- Track all charges and deductions: platform fees, courier charges, payment gateway fees, returns
- Update monthly Summary tabs and lock closed months
- Coordinate with the accounts team for GST reports and payment verification
*Order Fulfilment*
- Monitor and process orders across all four platforms daily
- Manage Shiprocket for Shopify orders — forward shipments, RTO tracking, weight disputes
- Track COD and prepaid settlements separately
- Maintain a returns and RTO log with charge reconciliation
*Customer Service*
- Handle customer queries and complaints across platforms and WhatsApp
- Manage return and refund requests end to end — including Razorpay refunds for prepaid and coordinating COD refund approvals
- Escalate non-standard situations with a clear summary, not just a forwarded message
*Product & Catalogue*
- Upload new SKUs across Amazon, Flipkart, Fabcouture, and Shopify
- Maintain product listings — pricing, descriptions, stock status
- Coordinate with the team on new product launches through the full cycle from shoot to live listing
**What we're looking for**
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations, preferably with Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub
- Comfortable working in Google Sheets daily — data entry, basic formulas, maintaining structured records
- Familiarity with at least one of: Shiprocket, Razorpay, Shopify Admin
- Detail-oriented: this role involves catching discrepancies in reports and charges — someone who misses things is a liability
- Can work independently without being chased. Owns the function.
- Hindi and English both required — internal communication is in Hindi, platform work is in English
**What we're not looking for**
- Someone who needs every decision escalated
- Someone who treats "I'll check and let you know" as a complete answer
- Prior textile or fashion experience is not required — operational discipline matters more
