Ecommerce Account Manager

Job Title: Amazon Seller Specialist (100% Remote / Part-Time)
Location: Work From Home (Open to candidates from ANYWHERE in India)
Shift: Flexible Working Hours + US Hours for Communication
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Part-time)

We are looking for a results-driven Amazon Seller Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to manage our account on a part-time basis. This is a 100% remote role for an expert who deeply understands the Amazon ecosystem, handling both Retail (B2C) and Wholesale (B2B) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management: End-to-end management of Amazon Seller Central (US, UK, or India marketplace experience is acceptable).

• Listing & SEO: Optimizing product titles, bullet points, and backend keywords to drive organic rankings for retail customers.

• Advertising (PPC): Creating and optimizing Sponsored campaigns to maintain a healthy ACoS/ROAS.

• Wholesale Operations: Managing bulk pricing, business-only offers, and high-volume inventory for B2B buyers.

• Account Health: Resolving policy violations, suppressed listings, and managing customer cases.

• Communication: Participating in team sync-up calls during US Business Hours (India Night/Evening) for updates.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Amazon Account Management.

• Tools: Proficient in Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Amazon Brand Analytics.

• Communication: Fluent professional written and verbal English skills.

• Technical Setup: Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet.
