Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Account Manager to join our team Medhaksh Health and Care scale our presence across major Indian marketplaces and quick-commerce channels. You will be responsible for everything from catalog management to high-ROI performance marketing, ensuring brand consistency and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management: Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Blinkit dashboards, including product uploads, pricing updates, and inventory tracking.
B2B Lead Handling: Manage IndiaMART leads, responding to inbound inquiries, sharing quotations, and closing B2B sales deals.
Listing & SEO Optimization: Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords using tools like Helium 10 to ensure top rankings in search results.
Advertising & Sales Boosting:
Plan and execute PPC campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads) to drive traffic while maintaining a healthy ACOS/ROAS.
Manage visibility slots and sponsored placements on Quick-commerce platforms like Blinkit.
Run targeted promotions, including Lightning Deals, Coupons, and festive sale participation (e.g., BBD, Great Indian Festival).
Content Creation: Coordinate with design teams to create high-converting A+ content, brand stores, infographics, and ad banners.
Inventory & Logistics: Forecast demand to prevent stock-outs, coordinate with warehouse teams for timely dispatch, and manage returns/claims efficiently.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare weekly performance dashboards tracking GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), conversion rates, and advertising efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces in India.
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of seller dashboards for Amazon, Flipkart, and quick-commerce (Blinkit/Zepto).
Analytical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data-driven decision-making.
Marketing Tools: Experience with keyword research and PPC management tools.
Communication: Strong negotiation skills for dealing with platform category managers and B2B clients on IndiaMART.
