Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible E-commerce Marketplace Executive who can independently manage our online business across multiple platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, JioMart and our company's own website.

The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end marketplace operations, product listings, order management, inventory updates, sales tracking and payment reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Management

- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit, JioMart and the company website.

- Handle seller panels and resolve operational issues.

- Ensure smooth functioning of all marketplace accounts.

2. Product Listing & Catalog Management

- Create new product listings on all platforms.

- Upload product images, descriptions, titles, specifications and keywords.

- Optimize product listings for better visibility and sales.

- Manage pricing, product variations and catalog updates.

- Resolve listing errors and suppressed listings.

3. Order & Inventory Management

- Monitor daily orders across all platforms.

- Coordinate order processing, dispatch and returns.

- Maintain stock updates and inventory synchronization.

- Avoid stock-outs and overselling.

4. Sales & Payment Reconciliation

- Perform regular sales and payment reconciliation across all platforms.

- Verify orders, settlements, commissions, marketplace fees and deductions.

- Track returns, refunds, cancellations and RTOs.

- Identify payment discrepancies and raise claims with marketplaces.

- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales and settlement reports.

5. Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare daily sales reports.

- Track platform-wise sales and profitability.

- Monitor returns, cancellations and marketplace performance.

- Maintain proper records of orders, payments and inventory.

### Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit and JioMart seller panels.

- Experience in product listing and catalog management.

- Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

- Experience in marketplace settlement and payment reconciliation.

- Good understanding of e-commerce operations.

- Ability to independently manage multiple marketplace accounts.

### Preferred Candidate

Someone who can independently handle the complete backend operations of all e-commerce platforms, from product listing to order management and final payment reconciliation, with minimal supervision.
