Ecommerce Account Manager – Job Description

We are looking for a smart and responsible Ecommerce Account Manager to handle daily operations of online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Meesho, Jiomart, etc.

Responsibilities:

Manage product listings and catalog updates
Handle orders, inventory & stock management
Monitor ads and promotional campaigns
Track sales, returns, and account health
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch team
Solve marketplace issues and support tickets
Improve product ranking and sales performance
Generate daily/weekly sales reports

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart or other ecommerce platforms
Good communication and computer skills
Knowledge of Excel preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience in ecommerce field is a plus
