Key Responsibilities
Product Listing
Create, update, and manage product listings on websites and marketplaces.
Write clear and accurate product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and specifications.
Upload product images and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
Maintain listing quality and ensure correct categorization.
Monitor listing performance and assist with improvements.
Client Servicing
Coordinate with clients to understand their product and listing requirements.
Share regular updates on order status, listing progress, and ongoing tasks.
Communicate professionally via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain high client satisfaction through effective and timely communication.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of product listing.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
