Roles & Responsibilities:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented E-commerce Delight Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing E-commerce Operations by customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and supporting the day-to-day operational processes to ensure a seamless customer experience and feedback process..

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management

• Influence the Customers / Influencers to Place the Orders

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat

• Track and manage the orders

• Manage the tabloid of Feedback

• Resolve product or service-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic service.

• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams and follow through.

Marketing Operations Support

Analysis:

• Conduct structured business reviews with clients and the business head.

• Consolidate insights to support leadership decision-making.

• Maintain and present dashboards, summaries, and action points.

• Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth execution of backend processes.

Onboarding:

• Assist with the onboarding of customers and influencers where required.

• Assist in Campaign Explanation and Rate Negotiation with Influencers

• Monitor progress on critical marketplace initiatives 

• Build and maintain constructive and sustainable relationships with influencers

Data management

• Ensure data accuracy and clarity in reporting across functions.

• Prepare business review decks for CXOs, including key metrics, trends, insights, and recommendations.

• Ensure deadlines of campaigns and ownership are well-tracked and escalated when needed.

• Reach out to influencers for product feedback on different platforms.

Campaign Management

• End-to-end follow-up of the campaign

• Monitor the campaign closure

• Prepare weekly reports to share with the client.

• Assist in the internal Marketing Activities of ATGS
