Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to oversee online sales operations for adult products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms and executing high-performing digital ad campaigns while ensuring compliance with platform policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, etc.
Create, update, and maintain accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO-friendly content.
Ensure all listings comply with platform guidelines, especially for adult/wellness product categories.
Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CTR, and conversions.
Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and product visuals.
Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Track and report key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates).
Handle promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
Stay updated with trends, platform policies, and best practices in adult e-commerce.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in adult/wellness products.
Strong knowledge of product listing on multiple platforms.
Hands-on experience with digital advertising tools (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
Understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and content strategy.
Familiarity with platform compliance policies for sensitive/adult categories.
Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or similar.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with adult product brands or restricted categories.
Knowledge of marketplace algorithms and ranking strategies.
Basic understanding of customer behavior in niche markets.
