E-commerce Marketing Executive

Role Overview:

We are hiring a highly focused and execution-driven E-Commerce Operations Executive who understands how marketplaces work and can directly contribute to sales growth on Amazon and Flipkart.

This is a performance-oriented role, not a basic data entry job. You will be responsible for managing listings, running ads, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Candidates with real marketplace understanding will be preferred. Freshers with strong learning ability can also apply.

Core Responsibilities:

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon & Flipkart

• Optimize listings with strong titles, bullet points, and keywords

• Run and manage Amazon PPC & Flipkart Ads campaigns

• Handle order processing and label printing efficiently

• Monitor listing performance and take action to improve conversions

• Ensure listings are accurate, active, and competitive at all times

• Maintain account hygiene and follow marketplace guidelines

Required Skills (Non-Negotiable):

• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub

• Hands-on experience in listing creation and optimization

• Basic to intermediate understanding of Amazon & Flipkart Ads

• Ability to handle daily operations without supervision

• Strong computer skills (Excel, basic data handling)

• Attention to detail and execution speed

Preferred (Adds Strong Advantage):

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations

• Understanding of keywords, ranking, and marketplace algorithms

• Ability to analyze ad performance and improve ROI

• Experience with bulk uploads or flat files
