Job Title: E-commerce Ads Specialist

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in driving online sales through digital ads.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other e-commerce channels
Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, ROAS, and conversions
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Manage product listings and ad creatives for better performance
Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare reports
A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and audiences
Work closely with the design and content team for ad creatives
Track and analyze data using tools like Google Analytics
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
Experience in e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing
Data analysis and reporting skills
Budget management and bidding strategies
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital advertising
Certification in Google Ads / Meta Ads (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in scaling e-commerce brands
Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and funnels
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
