Job Summary
Gallery Silver Scapes is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and enhance the gallery's online sales platforms, digital product listings, and customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the e-commerce website, updating artwork inventory, coordinating online sales activities, and improving digital engagement to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Marketplace Management
Manage and maintain the gallery's e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and other online sales channels.
Upload new artworks with accurate descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
Ensure timely updates of inventory status, sold artworks, and new collections.
Monitor website functionality and coordinate with developers for technical improvements.
Product Listing & Content Management
Create and update product pages with SEO-friendly titles and descriptions.
Coordinate with the content and curatorial teams for artwork details, provenance, certificates, and artist information.
Ensure all listings maintain high-quality visual presentation and brand consistency.
Order & Customer Management
Process online orders and coordinate with logistics for packaging and dispatch.
Handle customer inquiries through email, WhatsApp, website chat, and social media platforms.
Maintain customer records and ensure excellent customer service.
Digital Sales & Marketing Support
Assist in planning online campaigns, promotional offers, and newsletter activities.
Monitor website traffic, customer behaviour, and sales performance.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for social media campaigns and lead generation activities.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:
Website traffic
Sales performance
Conversion rates
Customer inquiries
Inventory updates
Provide recommendations for improving online sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Arts Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
Proficiency in Shopify, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Interest in art, luxury products, and online retail will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience in managing art, luxury, lifestyle, or premium product websites.
Knowledge of inventory management systems such as ArtLogic.
Basic understanding of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop.

Timely upload and update of artwork inventory.
Website accuracy and zero listing errors.
Online sales growth and lead conversion.
Customer response time and satisfaction.
Improvement in website traffic and engagement metrics.

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
