Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online sales across marketplaces and website. The role involves handling end-to-end e-commerce operations, improving customer experience, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
Handle product cataloging, pricing, inventory, and promotions
Plan and execute online sales campaigns, offers, and discounts
Monitor daily sales, traffic, and conversion performance
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment
Manage return, refund, and customer service processes
Work with digital marketing team on SEO, ads, and social media campaigns
Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics and marketplace dashboards
Identify growth opportunities and new online channels
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
Hands-on experience with seller panels and order management
Good understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media)
Data-driven mindset with analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
