🚀We're Hiring: E-Commerce Executive🚀

Ecom Dignity is looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team and manage marketplace operations across multiple platforms.

📌 What You'll Do:

Handle day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Etsy and other marketplaces, including product listings, catalog management and order coordination. You'll be the bridge between our seller clients and marketplace platforms, ensuring smooth execution of all e-commerce activities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize product listings with compelling titles, descriptions, images, pricing and SEO keywords across multiple marketplaces

• Coordinate with clients daily via WhatsApp, email and calls for approvals, product details and issue resolution

• Monitor orders, returns and cancellations while ensuring timely dispatch and customer communication

• Maintain SKU databases, pricing sheets, stock trackers and campaign reports in Excel/Google Sheets

• Resolve catalog errors, suppressions and listing rejections by raising tickets with marketplace support

• Support new client onboarding, seller central setup and marketplace documentation

• Generate regular reports on sales, returns, ads performance and listing status for clients

• Collaborate with design teams for product images, A+ content and promotional creatives

• Track competitor pricing and promotions to provide strategic improvement suggestions

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields preferred)

• 1–3 years of e-commerce operations experience (freshers with strong learning attitude welcome)

• Hands-on knowledge of at least one marketplace portal (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.)

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfortable with digital communication tools

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi with a client-servicing mindset

• Detail-oriented multitasker who can juggle multiple clients and SKUs efficiently

💼 Position Details:

📍 Location: Greater Noida / Remote / Hybrid ⏰ Timing: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM 💰 Salary: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,15,000 per annum 📝 Employment Type: Full-time
