E-commerce Marketing Executive

We are looking for a E-commerce Marketing Executive to join our team at Awesome Hiring to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Urgent Requirment of E-commerce Executive who can do listing, order processing, Ads Campaign, and enhance the orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blankit, Jiomart etc..

• Product Listings: Upload and manage products across platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Blinkit Jio Mart) by updating images, descriptions, specs, and pricing.

• Content Accuracy: Ensure consistent and brand-aligned information across all digital sales channels.

• Inventory Management: Track stock levels to ensure availability and prevent stockouts across different warehouses.

• Returns & Support: Process cancellations, track returns, and resolve post-purchase customer queries.

• Promotions & Ads: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and ad placements.

• Traffic & Conversions: Develop strategies to optimize the customer journey and landing pages to boost conversion rates.

• Market Monitoring: Keep a constant eye on competitor pricing, promotional activities, and emerging industry trends.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor web traffic, sales data, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools like Google Analytics.

• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales and data-driven insights reports for stakeholders.
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 4 - 5 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
