E-Commerce Executive (Amazon & Flipkart)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Female E-Commerce Executive with hands-on experience in Amazon and Flipkart marketplace operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing seller accounts, order processing, listings, Seller Flex operations, advertising support, catalog management, brand content optimization, and marketplace performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Operations

• Manage Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub accounts.

• Handle complete order processing for both Amazon and Flipkart accounts.

• Manage Seller Flex operations and coordinate order fulfillment.

• Monitor account health and marketplace performance metrics.

Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create and manage single listings and bulk/build listings.

• Update product catalogs, attributes, images, and descriptions.

• Resolve listing errors and catalog-related issues.

• Manage variation listings and category mapping.

Account & Case Management

• Raise and follow up on cases with Amazon and Flipkart support teams.

• Resolve product, catalog, account, and operational queries.

• Handle marketplace escalations and issue resolution.

FBA, FBF & Returns Management

• Manage Amazon FBA and Flipkart FBF operations.

• Monitor inventory and replenishment planning.

• Handle return claims, reimbursement claims, and dispute management.

• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.

Advertising & Marketing

• Basic knowledge of Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads.

• Monitor advertising campaigns and performance.

• Support PPC optimization activities.

Content & Brand Management

• Create and manage A+ Content.

• Manage Amazon Brand Store and storefront optimization.

• Ensure brand consistency across marketplaces.

Pricing & Promotions

• Manage product pricing strategies.

• Create and execute promotions, deals, and discount campaigns.

• Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace trends.

Keyword & Data Analysis

• Perform keyword research and analysis.

• Optimize listings for search visibility and conversions.

• Generate and analyze sales, inventory, and performance reports.

• Prepare MIS reports and actionable insights for management.
