E-commerce Marketing Executive

We are looking for a E-commerce Marketing Executive to join our team at 212 Healthcare Private Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the Shopify website (product listings, pricing, inventory) - Amazon, Flipkar , Quik-Commerce

Ensure smooth website operations, order processing, and customer journey

Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, offers, landing pages, & sales strategies

Track website performance, sales, and customer behavior

Handle product uploads, collections, and content updates

Work on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience improvements

Manage order fulfillment, returns, and customer queries

Collaborate with logistics and warehouse for timely deliveries

Analyze performance & improve online sales

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 3 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
