Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Team Leader who has complete practical knowledge of digital marketing and can independently manage the entire digital marketing team, campaigns, projects, and client requirements.

The candidate must be capable of planning strategies, executing campaigns, managing team members, analyzing performance, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise the complete Digital Marketing Team.

• Assign daily tasks and monitor team members' performance.

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies.

• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.

• Handle lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.

• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

• Handle website optimization, keyword research, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.

• Monitor advertising budgets, campaign performance, CPL, and ROI.

• Manage Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, web developers, and the sales team.

• Plan content calendars, ad creatives, promotional campaigns, and branding activities.

• Analyze campaign reports and implement improvements.

• Handle client requirements and provide marketing performance updates.

• Train team members, solve technical and work-related issues, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

• Responsibility for team performance and project delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation preferred.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant digital marketing experience preferred.

• Practical experience in running and optimizing live campaigns.

• Previous team-handling experience is required.

• Candidates must be able to explain their previous projects, campaign results, and marketing strategies.
