• Job Summary

• We are looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing, social media, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage digital marketing and administrative tasks efficiently.

• Note: Freshers must have completed formal training in Digital Marketing and should be willing to apply their knowledge through practical assignments.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Email Marketing

• Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns.

• Prepare professional email content for business outreach and promotions.

• Maintain email lists and monitor campaign performance.

2. LinkedIn Marketing

• Assist in managing the company's LinkedIn presence.

• Create and publish engaging posts to improve brand visibility.

• Support lead generation and professional networking activities.

• Research potential clients, companies, and business opportunities.

3. YouTube Marketing

• Assist in managing the company's YouTube channel.

• Support video content planning, uploading, titles, descriptions, and tags.

• Research relevant topics and trends to improve audience engagement.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

• Assist in optimizing website content, meta titles, descriptions, and headings.

• Support blog writing, content optimization, and backlink research.

• Monitor website performance and SEO rankings.

• 5. Administrative & Digital Operations

• Manage and maintain digital records, documents, and data entries accurately.

• Assist in administrative and back-office operations.

• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and organized documentation.

• Support online research, data management, and coordination activities.

• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams through emails and calls.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative and operational tasks.

• 6. General Marketing Activities

• Research industry trends and competitor marketing strategies.

• Assist in preparing marketing reports and tracking campaign performance.

• Contribute ideas to improve online visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

• Requirements

• Good English communication and reading skills.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and internet usage.

• Must own a personal laptop and have a reliable internet connection.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Willingness to learn digital marketing tools and techniques.

• Ability to manage administrative and marketing tasks efficiently.

• Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates pursuing or holding BBA / M.Com / MBA qualifications can apply.

• Only Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Formal training in Digital Marketing is mandatory for freshers.

• Quick learner with a positive attitude.

• Responsible and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of Email Marketing, LinkedIn, YouTube, and SEO.

• Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or email marketing tools is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment or HR activities is an added advantage.
