Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)

Role Overview

Stamens Software is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to help us launch our new software product. We need someone who is an expert in all areas of digital marketing, including SEO, SMO, and Paid Ads.

Your main goal is to build our brand from the ground up and target other IT companies and software businesses. This is a very important role where you will write technical content, manage different social media portals, and focus on aggressive B2B lead generation. We need a candidate who can reach out to tech businesses and turn them into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Writing & Product Marketing

• Write technical and engaging content for the new software, including website copy, product manuals, and sales decks.

• Create SEO-friendly blogs and whitepapers tailored for the IT industry.

2. SMO & Social Media Management

• Manage and optimize the company’s presence across multiple portals (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and industry-specific forums).

• Create and schedule regular posts to build brand awareness and engage with the tech community.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.

3. B2B Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify and target decision-makers (CTOs, IT Managers) via LinkedIn and other professional networks.

• Execute outreach strategies, including cold messaging and email marketing, to build a client pipeline

4. Paid Advertising (PPC) & SEO

• Manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive targeted traffic to the product.

• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings for IT-related keywords.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years in Digital Marketing (SEO, SMO, and Content Writing).

• Technical: Proven experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media scheduling tools.

• SMO Expertise: Ability to manage and grow audiences across different social platforms.

• Communication: Excellent English writing and verbal skills which are essential for technical content and client outreach.
