Analyze data and report on key metrics (e.g., impressions, click-through rates) to measure campaign effectiveness. Support the preparation of regular marketing performance reports, including campaign effectiveness, social media engagement, and digital analytics. Marketing Collateral and Event Support: Develop and manage marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, flyers). Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to brand guidelines and quality standards. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events and promotions at the airport. Coordinate logistics, liaise with vendors, and ensure smooth execution of events to enhance passenger engagement and brand visibility. Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute events that enhance the airport's public image, maximize revenue and engage stakeholders. Oversee logistical details, such as venue selection, catering, scheduling, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Sponsorship Management: Identify potential sponsors, negotiate agreements, and ensure sponsor visibility and benefits. Craft compelling sponsorship proposals and maintain ongoing communication to foster long-term partnerships. Alliance Development: Build alliances with tourism boards, and local businesses to enhance airport services and expand destination offerings. Negotiate partnership terms and develop collaborative marketing campaigns to achieve mutual growth and customer satisfaction. Budget Management: Manage budgets for events, sponsorships, and alliances to ensure financial efficiency and adherence to allocated funds. Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts related to events, sponsorships, and alliances. Ensure all agreements are clearly defined and aligned with the airport's objectives. Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on the performance of events, sponsorships, and alliances. Analyse metrics such as ROI, engagement levels, and revenue generation to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Conduct detailed analysis of event and sponsorship data to provide insights into effectiveness, trends, and strategic opportunities.
